Selection Committee

Alongside the artistic direction of the festival, the entire programming of the International Political Film Festival is designed by the event's Selection Committees.

Comprised of women and men from diverse backgrounds and experiences, the members of the selection committees bring multiple and varied perspectives to the works that are submitted to the festival.

Henzo LEFÈVRE

Festival director

After studying political science, he joined the Regard Caméra association in 2017 as the director of the International Historical Fiction Film Festival. In 2018, he co-founded the Carcassonne festival, where he served as the director.

Robin BERHTOMIEU

Festival vice-director

During his master's degree in public, associative, and cultural communication at Paul Valéry University, he joined the festival's team. In 2019, he became the deputy director of the political film festival.

In 2014, he founded the Regard Caméra Association and the International Historical Fiction Film Festival. As a freelance professional in the film and audiovisual industry, specializing in production and casting, he co-founded the Carcassonne festival in 2018, serving as the President.

Matthieu BONNERY

Expert en intelligence stratégique

Matthieu Bonnery, a former Intelligence Officer in the French External Service, has gained a deep understanding of special techniques, geopolitical issues, and conflicts through his professional experience. Holding a DEA (Diplôme d'études approfondies), he initially specialized in military history of the 16th and 17th centuries before embarking on his career in Intelligence in 2006. Equally involved in analytical work and operational aspects, he has undertaken several missions in the Middle East, North Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa. In 2015, he served as a security officer for UNICEF in Ivory Coast, and since 2017, he has been the Director of Operations at the Strategic Intelligence firm WINTELLIS. Today, Matthieu Bonnery regularly provides insights and expertise on Intelligence and OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) to students and professionals

Listening, questioning, understanding, perceiving what others do not see or hear... Régine Arniaud knows better than anyone how to gather the confidences of those she interviews.

A graduate of the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Marseille and the Louvre School in Paris, she is both an actress and a journalist specializing in cinema and culture.

She performs in theater productions in Paris, Lyon, and Marseille, including classics like Sophocles' "Antigone" and original works like Olivier Py's "Des oranges et des ongles"... She appears in numerous TV series and films, notably in Cyril Collard's film "Les Nuits fauves," for which she is also the costume designer.

For five years, she hosted "Cinesix," the cinema magazine of M6, and then for several years, she covered cinema, culture, and trends for the two news broadcasts on M6, the 12:45 and the 19:45.

Today, she still talks about cinema in the magazine "Ci Né Ma."

Animation Supervisor for animated films

After studying comic books, fine arts, and then animation, where he has been working as an animator and animation supervisor for the past 10 years, it is the act of storytelling that truly motivates Tristan. Since 2015, he has been writing and directing short fiction films in his free time to further develop his technique and appreciate the unique alchemy of film sets, which is very different from the frame-by-frame animation experience
